I've been looking for somewhere for Josh and I to spend a few nights for our anniversary in the Utah area. I came across this website that features vacation rentals by owners and ended up spending hours drooling over all the rental properties available nation (even world) wide.
The houses are gorgeous, some of the locations are to die for, and the prices are crazy resonable when you compare them to hotel rates. Especially when you factor in how many people are traveling and that you have a kitchen to eat in rather than eating out every meal.
There are so many places I would love to visit and this looks like an economical way to do it! The question now is how to get there, when, and where's the money coming from. But I'm totally there!

I've done the vacation rentals by owner before. It is slick! It's nice because a lot of the places use the income to improve the actual property. We are going to a cabin this weekend in Wisconsin that has a beautiful gourmet kitchen, pool table, stone fireplace, and floor to ceiling projection tv setup for movies...all for a VERY reasonable price. GREAT WAY TO GO!
Hi its Aunt Nancy. I have to tell you how much I enjoy your blog. I check it everyday. I have even told Kristin about yours and Rachels. Where do you find all the neat ideas you post?
I was thrilled to talk to your mother the other day and catch up on family. Your boys are just to cute. I don't know if your mom told you or not but Kristin is expecting again. They are very happy about it. They would like to have a boy but will love another girl for Makaylee to grow up with. Baby is due Christmas day.
Keep up the good work on your blog and I will catch you later.
Love you.
