Leftover Pumpkin turned Yummy!

Elijah brought home a sugar pumpkin from his field trip last month.  I already had one for ou Thanksgiving pies so this we I tried out a recipe I fould online for Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls.  MMM... they were good! I had to share.
