Gospel Teaching: Reverance
Mr. Sam drew a picture in church a few weeks ago that reflects the gospel teaching he is soaking in at home and in Primary. It was too cute so I took a picture to share with you.

Helping with the dishes
Ben and Tilly are more than willing to help Daddy do the dishes. (maybe that's why they don't get done in a very timely manner. Either I have too much help, or I'm avoiding the help)
Happy Thanksgiving
Here's Sam showing off his preschool projects: His thankful tree and his turkey. The turkey was promptly eaten after this picture was taken. Sam said it was the yummiest turkey ever.
Ben's Two Loves
Books and our dog, Matilda
And no, it wasn't my idea to lock him in a cage with his two loves. He did that all by himself.

Birthday Boys
I'm behind. November was a full month and it disappeared too quickly. Both Elijah and Sam celebrated birthdays. It is amazing that they have grown up so much in this last year. They are both wonderful, sweet, kind boys and I am so blessed to be their mother.
Happy Birthday my little men!!

Sam requested a lego brick cake. It turned out okay. He was pleased with it and that's what counts. |

Happy Halloween
Pumpkin Patch with the Preschool
Ben and I were able to go with Sam to the Pumpkin Patch for his preschool fieldtrip. We got to go on a hayride pulled by a tractor, pick some corn to dry and pop in the microwave, pick two pumpkins, and visit some of the animals. Ben and Sam both loved it. Ben especially loved the animals.
Group picture of Sam's cute class. Sam refused to stand up there. |
He was hiding behind the stroller glaring at me for taking his picture anyway. |
It's a fake cow that Sam was able to milk. He waited in line to do it and did it well. |

Fall drive: Gettysburg
We had a beautiful weekend a couple weeks ago and we decided to make an impromptu trip up to Gettysburg. We loaded everyone in the car, including Tilly and went for a drive and a picnic in the beautiful Fall weather. We found out that indeed Tilly does get car sick (twice) but despite that we all really had a great time (Tilly included). Gettysburg is a beautiful place with a special spirit.
